🚧 I Took a Detour & Had to Refocus
I’m writing from Guatemala, where I’m serving with a small team this week. We’re facilitating business training for 30 entrepreneurs, and while I know this work is important… I’ll be honest—I really didn’t want to come.
Lately, I’ve been struggling. It’s taken me a while to put my finger on it, and honestly, I’m still not sure I have it all figured out.
I’m tired. I’m irritable. And I’ve felt this underlying anxiety about the future that I just can’t shake.
Between a full client load, prepping for this trip, and letting my to-do list take over my schedule (instead of prioritizing exercise and rest), I found myself feeling off. I was also wrestling with the balance of staying informed on world events while still protecting my peace (anyone else feel that tension?).
And then, there were the thoughts—the ones swinging between abandoning my dreams altogether and throwing a full-blown midlife tantrum, yelling, "When is it going to be MY turn?!"
I Knew I Needed to Pause & Ask Myself One Question…
One thing I’ve learned in midlife is that when I feel this way, I need to get quiet and ask myself:
“What do you want?”
It’s such a simple question, but it’s not always an easy one—especially when you’ve spent years focusing on what everyone else needs.
This month, I’m sharing simple ways to reset, get clear, and start moving toward the life you want.
I even created a brand-new tool to help. I can’t wait for you to use it!
If you’ve been feeling stuck, off course, or struggling to finally put yourself first, I think you’ll find my latest blog post helpful.

You’re not alone in this, and you don’t have to stay stuck. Let’s figure out your next step together. 💛
P.S. It's Monday night and we completed our first day of business training. It only took 15 minutes for me to realize why I'm here. I'm still tired, but feeling much more positive about this week!
Cheering you on!
