I'll help you see it.
Maybe something changed. A relationship ended. Your kids left home. Your career shifted. You lost someone you love. Your beliefs changed. Or maybe the life you worked so hard to build simply doesn't feel like the life you want anymore. Now you're wondering what you want your life to look like from here.
I help you get clear about what you want, see what's keeping you stuck, and intentionally create what comes next.

Maybe you spent years working toward a life you thought you were going to have, and now you're looking at something very different.
Just because it didn't work out doesn't mean you did something wrong.
You may still feel disappointed, angry, confused, or even ashamed about how you got here.
And somewhere in the middle of all of this, a different question may be coming up:
What do I want my life to look like now?
It's hard to reimagine your life when you've spent so long working toward the one you thought you were going to have.
But this isn't where your story ends.
You can decide what matters now. You can dream again. And you can create a life you're genuinely excited to live.

That doesn't mean you can't be excited about what comes next.
You can get excited about your life again, even if you can't see exactly what that life looks like yet.
You can strengthen the relationships that matter, take better care of yourself, find purpose and connection, and have things to look forward to.
You can stop feeling like life is just happening to you and start making intentional choices about what you want from here.
You can go from a life you didn't expect
to a life you intentionally choose.
But can I tell you something? That's not how it works. We're not always very good at seeing our own lives clearly.
For over 30 years, I've helped people understand themselves, recognize what's keeping them stuck, and figure out how to move forward.
When my own life changed, I realized I needed a way to step back and look at my life as a whole, not just focus on what had gone wrong.
I created a Roadmap to help me see where I was, get clear about what I wanted, and make intentional decisions about where I wanted to go next.
Today, it's the framework I use to guide my clients through their own transitions.
Because while you can try to figure it all out on your own, it's hard to see clearly when you're standing in the middle of your own life.
Together, we'll look at what's working, what needs attention, what matters to you now, and the steps that will move you toward the life you want.
You don't need to have the whole plan.
You need to know your next step.

I know what it’s like to have a plan for your life, work hard to build it, and then watch that plan change.
I had worked hard to build my life. I had a marriage and family, a home, a career that mattered to me, a business, relationships, and community. It wasn’t perfect, but it was the life I had built, and I wanted to protect it.
When my marriage ended at 50, I wasn’t just dealing with a divorce. I was facing an empty nest, changes in my business, and a future that looked very different from the one I had imagined. And because I was in the public eye, I was also facing the reality that other people were watching.
There was grief, disappointment, anger, and shame.
And eventually, there was a question:
What do I want my life to look like now?
For more than 30 years, I had helped other people work through hard things, recognize what was keeping them stuck, and move forward. So I started using those same tools and resources in my own life.
I looked honestly at what needed attention. I worked through beliefs that were keeping me stuck. I got clear about what I wanted and started making intentional decisions about the life I wanted to create.
I got healthier. I strengthened relationships and built community. I rediscovered purpose and adventure. And I started allowing myself to dream about my life again.
Along the way, I created a Roadmap that helped me look at my life as a whole and intentionally build what came next. Today, that Roadmap is part of how I help my clients do the same.
I didn’t end up with the life I originally planned.
I created a life I love.
And that’s why I believe you can, too.
See what can happen when you get clear on what you want and start intentionally creating what comes next.

“Lisa has this natural ability to put me at ease and make me feel heard. She always understands exactly what I’m saying and feeling right away. Her wisdom, perspective, and ability to bring me to a space where I can find my own answers is a rare and special gift. “After 15 years of leading a nonprofit I founded, I realized it was time to let go and move on. It was a painful and difficult transition. I’m forever grateful for Lisa’s wisdom, guidance, and support as I took the steps toward a new chapter that felt more aligned with who I am. She helped me find the confidence to move forward.
