The Midlife Roadmap is Here (and there’s a special gift inside 💕)
Hi friend,
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting—on who I was, who I’ve become, and the people who helped me along the way.
I will forever be grateful for the women who stepped into my life and walked with me through one of the hardest seasons I’ve ever faced. When I think about how much I’ve changed over the last six years, I can honestly say—I love this version of me and the life I’m living now.
And if there’s one thing that’s always been true about me, it’s this:
When I go through something hard, I end up using it to help someone else.
That’s why I’ve spent the last year building something I wish I had when I was standing at my midlife crossroads.
It’s called The Midlife Roadmap—a 10-week group coaching program designed to help midlife women stop feeling stuck and start creating a life that feels meaningful, grounded, and fun again.
We’ll explore 5 key areas of life—Stability, Community, Adventure, Contribution, and Relationships—and I’ll guide you through practical tools and personal reflection to help you rediscover what lights you up.
To be honest, I’m excited… and a little nervous. This is the most personal thing I’ve ever created. I’ve poured my heart and decades of experience into this. And that’s why I’m starting with a Beta version of the program.
💡 That means:
- You’ll get the full 10-week program at half price ($600 instead of $1200)
- You’ll be part of a small group, so you get more direct access to me
- You’ll be asked to give feedback, so we can make it even better for future women
And because I love a good gift…
🎁 The first 5 women who sign up will receive a Midlife Survival Box, filled with my favorite things I can’t live without in this season—comfort, care, and encouragement, delivered right to your door.
If that speaks to you—or you know someone who’s in a season of transition—please share this with them. You can read all the details in this week’s 👉 👉 blog post
Maybe you’re in a season where you’ve figured things out and you don't really need what the Midlife Roadmap offers. Yay you!
Think back to when you didn’t have the answers.
And then—look around.
Who do you know that’s at a crossroads?
Send this her way.
Thanks for cheering me on!
Lisa
